Well of everything that's been announced at E3 so far, this one has me the most intrigued.
During their press conference, Bethesda announced GhostWire: Tokyo a game in which people mysteriously start disappearing all over Tokyo and it's up to you to find the source and purge Tokyo of evil. Unfortunately no other info was revealed but check out the reveal trailer below
