More On: My Friend Pedro

Developer Deadtoast and publisher Devolver Digital have announced that gun ballet simulator My Friend Pedro is kicking heads, shooting frying pans and generally going bananas on June 20th, when the game heads to Nintendo Switch and PC. The game takes the tightly-choreographed gun violence of late 90s/early 2000s action movies and pairs it with a sense of style and humor that is, well, very much Devolver Digital. I mean, you play as a man elegantly ventilating people on the orders of a talking banana. Honestly this looks incredibly fun and Devolver might just have another Hotline Miami-sized hit on their hands.

MY FRIEND PEDRO UNLEASHES GRACEFUL BALLET OF ACTION JUNE 20

- Blood, Bullets, Bananas Converge on Nintendo Switch and PC -

Developer Deadtoast and bananas label Devolver Digital have announced that the massively anticipated My Friend Pedro launches on June 20 via Nintendo Switch and PC. Eager banana combatants can pre-order the game on Nintendo Switch and save 15 percent off the standard $19.99 price [myfriendpedro.com].

My Friend Pedro is a violent ballet about friendship, imagination, and one man’s struggle to obliterate anyone in his path at the behest of a sentient banana. The strategic use of split aiming, slow motion, and the ol’ stylish window breach create one sensational action sequence after another in an explosive battle through the violent underworld.
