Ubisoft recently announced that a winter event is set to take the For Honor stage. The Frost Wind Festival, available across all previous platforms from December 21, 2017 to January 4, 2018, will allow players to participate in a new Brawl mode and loot exclusive winter-themed cosmetic gear.

Ice Brawlers, is a 2v2 Brawl mode that takes place on top of a lake covered in a very thin layer of ice. It presents environmental challenges as well as the challenge of, you know, not getting stabbed in the face; the longer you fight, the more ice will crumble underneath you, and everybody knows that icy water isn't exactly good for the skin.

The Festival also brings winter-themed rewards that players can use to customize their heroes. Battle outfits, new weapons, emotes, and more can be obtained by playing any game mode during the event.  In addition, for a limited time, players can access a new Mask outfit—which are unique per faction—for a discounted price of 15,000 Steel per Hero. A bundle featuring winter-themed items will also be available for each Hero starting on December 28, and never fear—it'll change based on owned items.

If you want to deck your hero out in icy gear and fight on an icy lake and do all sorts of icy things, make sure to log in between December 21 and January 4.
