Life is Strange: Before the Storm, a prequel to the hit Life is Strange was officially announced at the Microsoft press conference at E3 and an extended look at the game has been released by developers Deck Nine.
One thing that is important to note about Before the Storm is that this game is NOT Life is Strange 2. This game is being developed by Deck Nine games while Dontnod Entertainment is working on a sequel to the first game.
One sad thing we did learn during this video is that unfortunately, Ashly Burch will not return as the voice of Chloe in this prequel but she did join the writing team and is writing Chloe's character for the prequel.
The first episode of Life is Strange: Before the Storm launches this August
