Recently Bandai Namco released Dark Souls III: The Fire Fades Edition on PS4 and Xbox One as what some argue to be the final instalment in the Dark Souls series. This new edition includes the vanilla Dark Souls III experience plus both of the gut-wrenchingly beautiful DLC's. New weapons, armours, covenants and even boss mechanics grace the vanilla game and add more depth to the abyss that is Dark Souls lore. Even the title, "The Fire Fades" carries significant meaning in the Dark Souls universe.
