There's still some ways to go before the Apocalypse Now game becomes a reality. The Kickstarter is sitting at about 12% of its funding goal of $900,000 and much work is to be done. However, we are getting our first peek at what the game engine is likely to produce as well as pretty good taste of the tone and feel of the product, one that appears to be holding very close to the roots of the film. These clues abound in the first trailer released on that Kickstarter page for the project.
The Kickstarter will be ongoing for the next 25 days. Rewards range from the game, to early access to the game, to other digital goodies.
