NVIDIA VR Funhouse is a great little game to show off some of NVIDIA's features in VR. You'll need a good card though to run it as it's made for the GeForce GTX 980Ti and up. NVIDIA has talked about letting others make carnival games for Funhouse and today is the day you can.
They've released the source code on Github so all you programmers out there can go there now, grab the source, and fiddle around with it.
You can also just create mods with it as well. NVIDIA's letting you download the Mod Kit so you can enhance or change the carnival games to your heart's content.
To get mods, just subscribe to the Steam Workshop and you'll be able to pick and choose what to install.
