Multiple Wii U titles on sale in the eShop

Yesterday I posted that the launch of the Pokemon Bank and Poke Transporter were delayed due to the flood of traffic on the eShops with people trying to create Nintendo Network IDs.  Well, the eShops seem to be running okay now (at least the Wii U's eShop) so I decided to browse a bit to see if there are any good sales, and there are actually quite a few.  If you head to the "Price Drops" section on any given day you'll usually see a few indie games such as Nano Assault Neo or Chasing Aurora for a few bucks off.  Currently though there are a few other games that have joined the price drop list for a week or two:

  • Ducktales: Remastered - $7.49 (until 1/2/14)
  • Zombie U - $41.99 (until 12/31/13)
  • Star Wars Pinball - $4.99 (until 1/2/14)
  • Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara - $7.49 (until 1/9/14)
  • Assassin's Creed III - $27.99 (until 12/31/13)
  • Just Dance 4 - $34.99 (until 12/31/13)
  • Rabbids Land - $34.99 (until 12/31/13)
  • Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2013 - $34.99 (until 12/31/13)
  • ESPN Sports Connection - $34.99 (until 12/31/13)

You'll note that several of these are Ubisoft games as Ubisoft has put a few of their games on sale for 30% off.  On top of the above titles there's also a few indie titles such as Mutant Mudds Deluxe and Trine 2, but those games tend to show up on the sale list more often than not, hence why they're not listed.  This is a pretty good list as I've been wanting to try D&D: CoM for a while, and while I already have Ducktales: Remastered on the PC I may still get it on the Wii U.  Nothing like playing a remastered NES game on a Nintendo system.
