E3 2013: Slave to the machines: Hands-on with Wolfenstein: The New Order

by: Mike - - Add a Comment
Franchise revivals are a becoming more and more relevant, with recent successes Devil May Cry and Tomb Raider, and developer Machine Games took note. With Wolfenstein: The New Order, the developer, under publisher Bethesda, is hoping to revive the franchise in a way relevant to 2013.

In my hands-on time with The New Order, I duel-wielded shotguns, destroyed hulking Nazi mechanized tanks and fought my way through a solar observatory. Wolfenstein is still as offbeat as ever.

The demo takes place in a Nazi base, as I fight my way through underground caverns, hidden arsenals and exposed catwalks. Throughout the demo, I'm taught game mechanics through diary entries, such as how to lean from behind cover or how to hot-wire safe mechanisms, allowing me access to the upgrades or ammunition inside.

This hacking technique is done by pushing the analog sticks toward one another, then pulling the triggers simultaneously. The first safe I find nets me a permanent health upgrade; this upgrade shortly comes in handy.

As I exit a room with my newly acquired health increase and dual pistols, a mech fires on me, followed by a rush of Nazi officers and armored soldiers. Even on the normal difficulty, called "Bring 'Em On," The New Order is difficult. Cover is scarce in corridors and rooms, and the enemy soldiers are eager to flank me any chance they get.

As I progress through the level provided at E3, I notice a few differences between The New Order and other shooters. For one, you have to manually loot bodies for health, as well as weapons for ammo, rather than pick it all up automatically. This looting system is at odds with most modern shooters, so it takes a while to get accustomed to it.

With the revival of a new franchise comes challenges. What is sacrificed? What remains? Machine Games has been staring down the barrel of that question for some time now. Whether they mounted that hurdle remains to be seen when Wolfenstein releases later this year for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, Playstation 3 and Playstation 4.

E3 2013: SteelSeries (Impressions)

by: John - - Add a Comment
SteelSeries was showing off three headphones they announced recently. Tucked away at a quiet restaurant near the convention center, Travis and I sat down to go over the entry, midrange and enthusiast headsets they had to show.

Coming in at $40, the 3HV2 is a foldable is a very affordable headset that can take a beating. It features a retractable mic, extra padding, and a long line. The line has an inline remote to control muting of your mic as well as sound volume. The audio drivers have been updated to deliver better highs and mids as well as solid lows. As a gamer, you want clear sound on a wide range of frequencies and SteelSeries has gone and done some work on improving the drivers in the 3HV2 as well as the others I'll be talking about. If you want it to attach it to your phone or tablet, an adapter is included to do so. This looks to be a nice secondary headset to carry in your bag when you are on the go.

The 5HV3 can also take a beating as was shown to me by one of the SteelSeries folks twisting the headband to extreme lengths. It also features a retractable mic and a swappable cable system. It's got a little micro-USB like connector that serves two functions. There are other connects that you can interchange the 5HV3 with so you can connect to a phone or a computer. It also serves as a breakaway point so if you stand up quick or someone gets caught on it and pulls, it will just break away at that connection to minimize damage on any of your connected components. The cable's double braided so it's strong as well. I listened to some music with the 5HV3 and was pretty happy with the audio coming from the new drivers in the highs and mids. For portability, the 5HV3 can come apart into three pieces and be put back together very easily. Travis will be looking at the 5HV3 for Gaming Nexus in the near future and he seemed pretty excited about the product.

Now the 9H is for those that want everything. It's got metal hinges, a very robust noise cancelling retractable mic, and a generous amount of soft padding. It's an incredibly light headset although it doesn't seem like it from the looks of it. The mic is one of their largest and hides really well. The ear cups has a double enclosure design. It's a DJ type design that will greatly block sound out and keep sound it. The double enclosure should help keep all the sound you want to hear in and keep any sound you don't want to hear out. It also features a double braided cable and that interchangeable connector system for connections to PC, mobile, and Mac. The 9H will also come with a USB sound card that has a mic, headphone, and the micro-USB like connector. When connecting the 9H to the sound card using the special connector, you'll get Dolby benefits such as simulated surround sound using two Dolby technologies. It can take "upscale" 5.1 to 7.1 sound, but again this can only be done when you use the included sound card. There's no plans to sell the USB sound card separately yet, so it seems that if you want this as well, you'll have to buy the 9H. The 9H will be $160 and be out the third quarter.

The three headsets from SteelSeries seem pretty solid and I like how they address a wide range of features and price points. They all felt really well done and I'm excited to hear how these perform with games and music. ?

E3 2013: A New Hope: Lovers In a Dangerous Spacetime

by: Mike - - Add a Comment
The Millenium Falcon has almost escaped. Han Solo, realizing his ship can't outrun the pursuing Imperial TIE Fighters, decides to take a stand. He, along with new acquaintance Luke Skywalker, mans the ship's turrets to fight off the imperial pests.

It's this moment that struck developer Asteroid Base more than any other Star Wars scene. Jamie Tucker, Matt Hammill and Adam Winkels remember Han and Luke climbing and descending the Millenium Falcon's ladders every time the developers work on Lovers In a Dangerous Spacetime.

"We're huge fans of Star Wars," Tucker said during a cooperative play session of his game at the E3 Indiecade exhibit. "Well, the original ones that is." Tucker smiled as he manned the turrets of his own digital Millenium Falcon.

Lovers In a Dangerous Spacetime –– an Independent Games Festival finalist –– is an upcoming cooperative shooter with vibrant, neon colors, electronic music and a slew of aliens that want to destroy it all. Releasing for PC and Mac, players take control of their own pilots in Lovers, as they steer and defend the ship –– a spherical fortress of turrets, a shield and a giant laser cannon –– through a solar system rife with obstacles.

The ship is filled with ladders, a steering wheel and control panels, all of which players must run between to defend the circular ship on all sides. Only two buttons are needed: a jump and action button. Tucker mans the wheel while I dart between turrets, defending our Millennium Falcon from the onslaught of enemies.

"You can move between the wheel, the turrets, the laser whenever you want," Tucker tells me. "We're looking for planets that will help us upgrade, and just trying to survive. " Although a campaign mode with a barebones story is in the works, Tucker said the Arcade Mode –– which we're playing now –– is the best way to play if you want shorter sessions.

We come across one of the planets Tucker mentioned, and after blasting a trio of robots off of it with the uppermost turret, hearts flow from the rock mass into our ship, refilling the health we lost en route to the location.

The next few planets are all a desperate bid for survival, as I'm rarely at one turret before I leap up ladders and jump over gaps to destroy enemies on the other side of the ship, or man the shield to defend against a powerful array of enemy laser blasts. In our most desperate moments, I can use a tube of green energy to fire a rotating laser that destroys most of which it touches. Although it has unlimited uses, the cooldown time necessitates strategic use.

With a healthy stack of points at the end of our session –– only one previous duo beat ours on the E3 show floor –– our ship exploded in a rain of neon embers and shrapnel. Our time was up, but I couldn't help but want more.

E3 2013: Zeiss Cinemizer OLED

One of the cool pieces of hardware on the E3 show that you might not have heard about is the Zeiss Cinemizer OLED. Carl Zeiss, arguably the world’s top company when it comes to optics and lenses (check any Sony camera), has produced a multimedia eyewear product aimed at the gaming audience.

The Cinemizer OLED can even be equipped with an optional headtracker to give an unparalleled sense of immersion in your favorite PC or console games. The device doesn’t need anything other than a standard HDMI connection in order to function. We got a chance to speak with Dave Hodson of Carl Zeiss regarding the tech earlier this week and he runs down everything that you need to know about this incredible piece of hardware in the interview shown below:

E3 2013: Warner Bros. resurrects Mad Max

by: Jeremy - - Add a Comment
Warner Bros. has decided to bring back an older movie IP that has never been given its rightful video game treatment: Mad Max. The game was revealed earlier this week and is being planned for a release on pretty much every console available in 2014. Whether you are playing on current-gen or next-gen platforms, you will get a version of the new series.

Mad Max will deliver an open-world experience that challenges players to survive the Wasteland. Between brutal combat with weapons and vehicles, you will have to kill or be killed as you scavenge the dilapidated world for supplies and tools to build up an adequate arsenal.

The game is being developed by Avalanche Studios, best known for the Just Cause series, which should give some serious hope for fans of the franchise.

E3 2013: NBA 2K14 shows its next gen appeal

by: Jeremy - - Add a Comment
With the 2012-2013 NBA season coming to a close (as soon as the Heat take care of those over the hill Spurs), 2K sports is out at E3 already hyping up the world for the next season. With NBA 2K14 launching in October, the company was quick to show off just what it has in store for the new generation of consoles at Sony's press conference.

A short trailer was shown this week giving some insight on the level of detail and realism that the developer is bringing to the players this year. Thanks to the wonders of Video Game James, the digital Lebron looks even more imposing than the real one on the court. If this looks this good, drawing from an alpha-build of the game's engine (which the developer says it was), I cannot wait to see the final version in motion.

E3 2013: Sony’s Playroom aims to deliver full immersion

by: Jeremy - - Add a Comment
Microsoft’s Illumiroom project isn’t the only technology aiming to add new level of immersion to your gaming experience. Sony is showing off what it is referring to as the Playroom at E3, which merges the living and gaming worlds into one on your television screen. Think EyePet but with a ton more options.

All that is required for this experience is the basic PS Eye and Dualshock controller(s) for the PS4, items nearly every PS4 owner will have by default (although the PS Eye is sold separately). Check out the controller below and see just where they are going with this concept:

In Need for Speed Rivals, you're either a racer or a cop. In developer Ghost's new trailer for the newest entry in the Need for Speed franchise, a racer tells his side of the story, and the motivations behind street racing.

Set in a dynamic open world, players can drop in and drop out of Need for Speed Rivals at will, in a game "that never plays the same," the developer said.

E3 2013: Popcap announces a new drug called Peggle 2

by: Jeremy - - Add a Comment
Normally, I hate it when a developer or company simply announces the existence of a project in passing. I am talking about simply telling you that it exists and offering absolutely zero information aside from that. Considering how much I loved the original game, I guess I can make an exception in the case of Popcap and their announcement of Peggle 2.

Yes, Peggle 2 is coming. And it is coming later this year. that is pretty much all that we know as the game was simply announced in a matter of 5 seconds at the EA press conference earlier this week. There are no other details or information available at this time but at least you know to start clearing your personal schedule now.

E3 2013: No such thing as easy: Hands-on with Alien rage

by: Mike - - Add a Comment
There is no "easy" in Alien Rage.

Developer City Interactive wants to capture the competition of Unreal Tournament and Quake in its upcoming shooter.

In Alien Rage, players can play traditional team deathmatchs as one of two factions, which can be tough enough as it is, but the single player is no walk in the park either.

On the “select difficulty screen,” there is no easy mode. “Normal” is as easy as it gets, followed by hard and brutal. After playing through two missions of the single player, it’s clear what City Interactive is talking about.

If I’m too slow on the take, enemies are quick to dispatch me, as they’re more accurate and aggressive than enemies in most shooters. Cloaked enemies move in swiftly to use melee attacks when I’m unaware, and heavy soldiers launch rockets at me when I’m parked behind cover. The aggressive AI make the single player sometimes as challenging as playing against humans in multiplayer, City Interactive told me.

The levels I played through are comprised of corridors and caverns, lending Alien Rage a conventional, linear feel. The weapons I use are all assault or pistol archetypes, each with a secondary fire, such as the assault rifle’s grenade launcher. The controls feel tight with a controller, but City Interactive is focusing on keyboard/mouse controls as well.

As a downloadable title, City Interactive knows it needs to set Alien Rage apart from the plethora of other shooters on the market. With the game’s difficulty, it just might do that.

Alien Rage releases this fall for XBLA and PSN for $20.

E3 2013: Step by Step: Lords of the Fallen demo

by: Mike - - Add a Comment
Developer City Interactive is intent on making you learn. In Lords of the Fallen, if you don’t learn, you’ll die. A lot.

Set in a medieval fantasy world, Lords of the Fallen takes place 8,000 years after a war between humans and their god, in which the humans won. Now, the armies of the former god are back, and it’s up to the player to fight them off.

Players can choose between three character archetypes, all of which serve different play styles. There’s the rogue, the warrior and the cleric, the fighter that wields a hammer that, although slow, is the most devastating one available.

The gameplay demo follows Tomasz Gop, executive producer at City Interactive, as he guides a rogue character through the corridors of an ancient castle. Gop, formerly a senior producer on The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, stresses that Lords of the Fallen is all about tactical combat that forces the player to learn from every death.

“Our goal is to make a game that properly rewards players for doing what it takes to win,” Gop said.

“Dying is not a failure; it’s part of the learning process.”

Gop runs across the demo’s first enemy, a knight reincarnated by a mysterious light hovering over the scene. The evidence for Gop’s “learning” approach is soon seen, as Gop’s character dies after two swings of the enemy’s sword.

“There’s a big difference between randomness and skill,” Gop said. “We want to cross that gap.”

After respawning close by, Gop uses his rogue’s quick dodges to dodge his enemy’s sword, quickly gaining an advantage as he stabs the knight up close. When the knight finally falls, Gop gains a level and points that he can allocate t”o specific character upgrades.

“It’s important that we give players a feeling of progress, and a feeling of learning new skills,” he said. “We’re not orthodox, though. We’re not focusing [entirely] on classes.”

The rogue’s skills are spread across three trees, but Gop says that it’s up to the player to use them efficiently, as Lords of the Fallen revolves entirely around skill and tactics. When City Interactive’s RPG releases for unannounced next-gen consoles and PC next year, players will get the chance to learn from their deaths.

E3 2013: Mad Catz (Impressions)

by: John - - Add a Comment
While Jeremy and I have posted much of what Mad Catz have announced, I was able to stop by their booth today and met up with Big Boy Barry, Alex Verrey. He walked through a few of the things they were showing off today.

First up was the M.O.J.O., which is their Android micro console. Something different from the OUYA here is that they are allowing it to be very open. How so? Well, it supports Google Play Store. It supports Amazon's Android App store. That means if you are an Android user and you have your library of games, you'll be able to play it on here without having to go through a third party store like how the OUYA does. Games you already own, you'll be able to play on it. Right now, the prototype uses a Tegra 3, but Mad Catz is committed at bringing forth the most powerful mobile chipset there is. It could be a Tegra 4, it could be something else.

There's a small skin that seems to be applied to 4.1 version of Android being run on the M.O.J.O. but those that enjoy a stock experience will like what the M.O.J.O. has to offer. I asked about updates and Mad Catz will be doing updates to the console, which you'll be able to download from their website. Now, we'll have to see how quick they will come out with updates once Google releases them, but the ability is there for updates. The console is unlocked so you could potentially install updates from other developers as well. It's up to you.

It's got all the necessary connections on the back and features 16GB of storage, which is expandable via the SD card slot or USB port. At the show floor, there was a mouse and keyboard connected to it and the M.O.J.O. acted like a mini computer with this setup. You'll be able to also pair it with any Bluetooth controller as well.

It will ship with one C.T.R.L.R., which has some pretty nice little features of its own. First up, this controller features both Bluetooth 4.0 and 3.0 radios. With 4.0, you'll be able to get a years worth of standby power and 40 straight hours of gameplay on two AA batteries. That's a great deal of battery savings if you have a product that has a Bluetooth 4.0 radio to pair it with. The controller felt really comfortable in the hand and really responsive. It was definitely more responsive than the OUYA Bluetooth controller and that translated to a better gaming experience. What's nice about the C.T.R.L.R. is that since it's a Bluetooth controller, you can connect to any other Bluetooth device such as a phone or PC. It can run in Gamesmart mode, which is Mad Catz's way of putting out a standard to make it easy to use with mobile games. There's the traditional PC mode that you can switch to so it acts like a regular controller. Finally, there's a mouse mode that will let you control an onscreen mouse with the stick, letting you play games like Angry Birds on the big screen. If you're playing it with a phone, Mad Catz will also have available a detachable clip that you can put in a phone to. It's large enough to clip a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to and is adjustable to phones of various other sizes. You'll be able to purchase the C.T.R.L.R. separately of course, and I think it feels like a nice controller with multiple uses.

Mad Catz also had an Xbox One on hand with Killer Instinct running. Shown off is their fightstick and they will be the only ones with a fightstick at launch. The buttons and stick have a solid arcade feel, which is no surprise for those that have experienced Mad Catz's fight sticks. There's a hinge that allows you to get to the internals or store the wire, but we weren't allowed to look inside just yet. Also, it will be a lot easier to change the top panel's graphic as the stick can drop and you'll be able to change design with removing the buttons. The buttons light up as well as the side with a soft bottom so it sits on your lap easier. No pricing was available yet, but for those that want a good wired fightstick for Killer Instinct, Mad Catz has you covered.

As mentioned earlier, their lineup of headphones were there and the S.T.R.I.K.E. 3, which is a more entry level keyboard in that line that will come in at around $100, was also briefly touched upon. Overall, Mad Catz has a solid showing and I'm now more interested in the M.O.J.O. and the C.T.R.L.R. after seeing it up close and personal.

E3 2013: Fighting the machine: Titanfall impressions

by: Mike - - Add a Comment
Titanfall is a game of hulking behemoths, of metal monstrosities and the havoc they wreak on those surrounding them. But mechs aren’t entirely necessary.

At Respawn’s E3 presentation of the newly announced Titanfall, a multiplayer match was played to show just how deadly players can be outside of the mechs. The player sprinted across the battlefield with only a pistol and C4 to his name, but he could also wall-run and double jump to reach high places; high places such as a mech’s back, for instance.

The pilot ripped open a protective cover on the machine’s back, exposing vital parts of the engine weak to enemy fire. Even the player’s handheld pistol did massive amounts of damage. This, combined with an ally mech firing flaming grenades at the walking vehicle, made short work of the enemy.

When the player originally dropped into the match, the squad only had one mech to fight for their cause. As time goes on, however, players could call in their own mechs, until the battlefield eventually filled up with more and more of the Titans.

The mechs have weapons ranging from gattling guns to the aforementioned grenade launchers, but can also melee, even rip out the opposing pilot if his mech is suffering a lot of damage.

All of this devastation between the pilots and mechs seemed balanced, especially considering the obvious disadvantage the soldiers on their feet had. Although foot soldiers fared better behind cover and away from the searching eyes of the mechs, their hijacking abilities and handheld weapons put up a tough fight. It’s an interesting dichotomy in a game seemingly all about mechs.

The main objective of the mission was to capture hold points, much like the pervasive Domination game type, in an effort to accrue points for each team. Mechs were called in to defend particularly troublesome chokepoints, or to aid an attack on an enemy strong point.

As the match came to and end, the winning pilots were then tasked with evacuating the area, in an “epilogue” section not commonly seen in competitive shooters. With a limited amount of time, the remaining pilots retreated to a landing ally dropship. Shortly after arriving, the first ones there accepted the responsibility of covering their fellow pilots as they boarded the dropship as well. Once all were on board –– or if time ran out, whichever came first –– the match ended, and the pilots were once again in outer space, ready for the next match.

Titanfall is an Xbox One and PC title, and it’s boasting more than the titular mechs that adorn its posters and E3 booths. The disparity between the pilots and the vehicles –– ans the way they interact –– could be the thing to set Titanfall apart in the mech shooter space when it releases in 2014.

E3 2013: More Smash Bros. info on the three new characters announced so far

by: Russell - - Add a Comment
A little while ago I posted a video showing Mega Man joining the Smash Bros. cast.  However, what would a new Smash Bros. be with only one new character?  Thus far it seems that three new characters have been announced: Mega Man, The Villager from Animal Crossing, and the Wii Fit Trainer.  Granted those last two kind of made me scratch my head a bit, but if Nintendo can make it work, more power to them.

The video below is a Nintendo Developer Direct that talks about these three characters and their moves.  It's also worth noting than when talking about Mega Man's weapons they show off the Top Spin, which wasn't one of the nine shown in the reveal trailer.  This might be the most use the Top Spin has ever had.  I'm also interested in The Villager's ability to catch projectiles and fire them back, including even Mario's fireballs or Samus's power beam.

E3 2013: Saints Row IV (Hands-On)

by: John - - Add a Comment
Ah Saints Row. I had a lot of fun in Saints Row The Third so I was pretty excited to try out Saints Row IV over at Deep Silver's booth. The demo had you play a little bit of what looks like the beginning where the aliens first come to attack and then a little bit of the open world portion that we've all come to know and love.

First up, the gang's all back. Kinzie, Oleg, Josh Birk, Pierce, many of your friends from the third game are part of your crew as you are now the President of the United States. Walking through the White House, you can see the Saints influence as you're served by females with low cut tops and strippers' dancing with the poles stationed throughout the White House. As you are walking to a press conference, you're given some choices such as a character voiced by the awesome Keith David wanting to know if you want to cure cancer or end hunger. Another had Josh asking if you want to go out to a party.

Like the beginning of Saints Row the Third, you'll partake in some action that are intermixed with in game cut scenes. The aliens start their invasion and that's when all hell breaks loose. That awesome Saints Row humor abounds as I laughed out loud when I hear Kinzie tell the alien leader she's smarter than anyone on the room and gets promptly abducted. As I battle the aliens with my secret service, I hear one shout out has he dies, "Tell my wife... I have another wife.." I then strap myself into a shooting gallery type scene where I hop into a turret and took down enemy ships that flew towards the White House. The scene ends with a small quick time like scenario fighting the alien leader leading to my defeat.

The second portion of the demo had my character infused with super powers, and boy are they fun to use in the open world. Imagine Crackdown, but taken up many notches. It took a little getting used to, but I was soon running at super speeds around the street, up the side of buildings, jumping high in the air, and crashing down with my fist to the ground sending debris and people to the waste side. I played with the freezing power, which froze enemies and vehicles in place letting me punch them into small pieces. The telekinetic powers allowed me to launch anything and anyone through the air, while the fire power created an aura of destructive fire around me causing anything near me to become engulfed in flames. The super powers are a great deal of fun and adds a new element to the series.

The famous wub wub dubstep game was in the demo, and yes it is really awesome to use. Shooting out beams of light and broadcasting some infectious dance beat, the gun was a total blast to use and seemed to be a big hit around me in the room as well with other members of the press.

I was able to try one of the side missions and it was another Genki challenge. I had to use my telekinesis to throw various things into floating targets earning me points. Cars, people, Genki head models, the targets dictated what you needed to toss through before you completed that section and moved on to the new one. It's a nice little diversion, but I'm anxious to see what new mini games are available in the final now. Oh, and it sounds like Hulk Hogan is back to narrate the action in the Genki mini game as well.

Graphically, it does look like the previous game, so I wouldn't expect too much increase in that area. Now, I am used to playing the game on the PC so I don't know if the anti-aliasing problems persist but there were some pretty bad jaggies and there were ties the hair and teeth had some weird white pixels around it. I'm hoping these get fixed before the game's released, but if you liked the look of the previous game, you'll be fine with what Saints Row IV has to offer.

Saints Row IV is more of Saints Row The Third with super powers, aliens, over the top action and humor. And that's not a bad thing at all. The co-op feature is back so I'm sure I'll be spending a ton of time with a friend to go through the entire game. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Saints Row The Third and having played Saints Row IV here at E3, I think I'm going to be pretty happy with it as well.

Although Microsoft glanced over the announce trailer during their press conference yesterday, the details regarding the new Killer Instinct are starting to make their way out of E3. The development of the new game has been handed off to Double Helix Games, the studio that brought recent titles such as Silent Hill Homecoming and Battleship.

E3 2014: Bayonetta 2 doesn’t appear to be losing its edge on Wii U

by: Jeremy - - Add a Comment
I, like many people, loved Bayonetta. As much as we love the game, we were also worried that it might lose a little bit of its “edge” when it become a Nintendo exclusive on the Wii U. Platinum Games showed off a new trailer for Bayonetta 2 at E3 this morning which should reassure us all that the witch isn’t going to miss a step on Nintendo’s console.

The latest trailer for Bayonetta 2 looks fantastic and can be found below. The action is every bit as over the top, frantic, and utterly raw as it was in the original. So much for that watered down direction we thought it might go...although I do have one question. If Bayonetta’s power lies in her controlling her hair, why did they give her a short haircut?

E3 2013: Mega Man is coming to Smash Bros.

by: Russell - - Add a Comment
At first I thought it was a joke.  I mean, putting Mega Man in Smash Bros. is what gamers have been wanting and couldn't ever seem to get, so when I saw a video posted on YouTube, I thought it was somehow fan made.  Then I saw it on the Capcom Unity website and on the tail end of today's Nintendo Direct...and I couldn't be more estatic.  Mega Man is joining the Smash Bros. crew in the upcoming 3DS and Wii U entries simply titled Super Smash Bros. at this time, and along with him he's bringing nine robot master weapons from his classic adventures.  Personally, I can't wait until this gets released.

This video was found on the YouTube channel SmashBrosCh, but can also be found towards the end of today's Nintendo Direct.
