Okay, so I mean no disrespect, but I have no real recollection of the respective soundtracks for either of the previous two
BioShock games despite the fact that they were both composed by the same, apparently celebrated, composer named Garry Schyman. I'm sure they were fine, but I obviously just didn't find them that memorable.
But that's just me. When
BioShock Infinite Creative Director (and beard aficionado) Ken Levine participated in one of the Reddit AMAs recently, one of the biggest tidbits of news to come out was that Garry Schyman would be back as the official composer of
