More On: Tom Clancy's Ranbox Six Siege

The first main content update of Year 2 for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege is available now. Featuring a new map, the DLC also includes two operators as well as a navigation update. The map, Operation Velvet Shell, puts players on the shore of Ibiza at night where the Rainbow team must regain control of the coastline.

The two new operators in the update are Jackal and Mira. Jackal has a heightened sensitivity to his surroundings, allowing him to quickly detect irregularities and comes equipped with PDW9 and C7E as his primary weapons. He is an expert in tracking down HVTs and intercepting shipments of narcotics. While Mira has proven endurance and strength, her best skill is mechanical knowledge. Specialized in the ballistic protection armoring process, Mira is apt and finding weaker spots on any machinery. She also comes equipped with ITAL12L and the Vector 45 ACP as her primary weapons.

Those who are Year 2 passholders will automatically receive the new Spanish Counter Terrorist Unit, including their 4 signature weapons skins. If you're not a season pass owner, the new operators can be unlocked using Renown in-game currency or R6 Credits beginning on February 14th.
