Flappy Bird headed to arcades... seriously

No, this isn’t a joke... this is actually happening. Flappy Bird is becoming an arcade game.

Baytek Games has acquired the license to begin producing an official arcade version of the now-infamous mobile game. As you can see in the picture of the cabinet below, there really isn’t much to the setup. I don’t believe that they get any simpler than this; you have your screen and a flap button. What else do you need?

Let’s be honest though, this could be the perfect redemption style game where you earn tickets based on how far you get. It is ingenious actually and will likely be eating tokens like crazy when it releases.
