Elgato is letting you capture more frames per second with the Game Capture HD60

Elgato, makers of some great video capture hardware, announced today the Game Capture HD60. This small device will let you record consoles and PC video via HDMI and do it at 1080P resolution as well as 60 frames per second.

The Game Capture HD60 is pretty small at 0.75 inches thick and records your video in H.264 encoding. With the Game Capture HD60, you can also stream what you are playing on popular services such as Twitch or UStream.

If you're interested, the only place to pick one up will be at Best Buy, which is letting you pre-order one now for $179.99. Release date will be this Friday,  August 15th so not too far out.
