Xbox 360 to get keyboard controller?

GamersReport has a screen shot of what looks like a combination Xbox 360 controller/blackberry that was being shown at a European Xbox 360 event. It looks solid and it's nice to see a keyboard type device being added to the system.

If you squint really hard at the middle of picture from the same site it almost looks like Half-Life 3 is already under development for the Xbox 360 and PC.
