Well, this is certainly getting interesting. In the latest land grab, Take Two has purchased "certain" rights for the Civilization franchise including the upcoming Civilization IV
. The press release doesn't have a lot of details but it also mentions that they have signed a long term publishing deal with FIRAXIS Games(Alpha Centuri
, etC). It's certainly interesting to see all of the M&A in the industry right now.
