With all of the mergers and acquisitions we've seen of late it's no surprise that some people are
thinking that Take Two could be bought out in the New Year. One of those people is Mike Hickey with Janco Partners who thinks that they are a target because of their rich IP library and crappy management (I'm paraphrasing). I'm still a bit surprised that someone didn't buy the company this year given the companies troubles and low purchase price. I guess we'll see how it turns out next year.
