Surprise! Wii voting channel
For the democratically minded, Nintendo just released the Wii voting channel. It lets you register up to 6 Miis as voters, and then you can cast your ballots in weekly opinion polls. I'm not sure why exactly, but it is neat to see the averaged opinions of all the Wii owners out there. It also lets you predict the results of a poll, so you can see how good a judge of opinion you are. If your Wii's disc slot is glowing an icy blue this morning, head over to the shopping channel and download the voting channel from the Wii Ware section.
