If you haven't checked out the
Street Fighter Later Years shorts, you're missing out. The latest one has most of the characters in full costume although I don't know why they stuck Ryu in red instead of the traditional white Gi. I'm hoping they release all of these on one DVD. Anyways, here's the latest episode....
