Ten Ton Hammer has
posted the first details of the lawsuit between industry PR company Kohnke Communications and Perpetual Entertainment. Kohnke is accuing Perpetual of some corporate shennanigans as they moved some assets around before filing for bankruptcy. This is bad for Kohnke because Perpetual owed them mucho dinero for helping to promote the now canceled game
Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising. It's an interesting case and it will be interesting to see how things turn out.
