We just got word from Bethesda that

Fallout: New Vegas will finally come to the PC and PS3 on February 22. That's a few months later than when the 360 got it, but there is good news for new DLC coming to New Vegas.
Three more DLC packs are in the works and all three will be out on the PC, 360, and PS3 at the same time. No more timed exclusives for the 360 and everyone can enjoy the latest content without having to wait. Good job, Bethesda!
