A while ago we learned that Spark Interactive had sued Activision for
it's role (or lack thereof) in the development of Call of Duty: Finest
Hour. Gamespot is now
reporting that
Activision is not taking the suit lying down and is now counter-suing
Spark stating their their gross incompetence at the executive level is
the reason why they had to step in. This looks to get a lot
uglier before it gets resolved.
